Our mission is to create conditions that encourage entrepreneurship and the development of business innovation skills for people of Lower Silesia.  We want to assist persons willing to start their business in implementation of their ideas in areas of owning and managing private business.  We want to improve their potential through a comprehensive support program.  With our program, small and medium-sized enterprises can constitute the competitive edge in the Polish economy.  Our mission includes promotion of independent enterprises,  so when they leave our program they will be able to survive financially and create new employment opportunities.
