Our main goals are to actively promote and support entrepreneurship, innovation and self-employment.  We want to build an environment that supports local social initiatives by creating and developing enterprises, especially small and macro businesses.  Our task is to promote and support initiatives and solutions that lead to creating new employment opportunities.

We achieve our goal by:

• Providing a wide range of comprehensive actions associated with stimulation of the marketplace and development of the entrepreneurship in the local communities.
• Cooperation with organizations and institutions, i.e. municipal office, provincial office, employment offices, financial institutions such as banks, loan guarantee funds, Associations of Entrepreneurs and other agencies to support the entrepreneurship, peculiarly amongst unemployed.
• Providing help to start, develop and manage an economic activity through organizational, economical and advisory assistance.
• Providing help in receiving European Union and other funds for enterprises,  particularly for small and micro businesses.
• Support in getting and granting of loans and credits to start and develop a business.
• Organizing, financing and participation in organizing and financing lectures, seminars, meetings, conferences, educational trainings, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Cooperation with domestic, foreign and international organizations and institutions with similar profile goals and activities.
• Creating an internal forum to share skills and abilities between members and beneficiaries of the association, as well as linking partners for joint-ventures.
